Take Control of Your
Internet Habits
Plucky is a powerful self-control filter that helps you stick to your long-term goals rather than give in to short-term internet temptations. You set the boundaries, Plucky enforces them.
What is Plucky?
Plucky (formerly Pluckeye) is a self-control internet filter designed to help you make internet choices in moments of strength rather than weakness.
Image Blocking
In classic mode, Plucky blocks all images and videos on all sites. You control exactly which sites are allowed to show media content.
Smart Delay
When you allow a site, there's a delay you choose ahead of time (e.g. 5 minutes or 5 hours). This gives your disciplined self time to reconsider impulsive decisions.
Self-Control
Plucky can't be uninstalled until after the delay. Its features combine to put your best self in charge, helping you choose what you want in the long run rather than right now.
“You have two selves at war: the disciplined self and the impulsive self. Plucky hands the controls to the disciplined self by using a delay.”
Why It Works
Research shows that a delay helps people resist addictive behaviors. Plucky leverages this principle to ensure you make internet choices aligned with your long-term goals and values.
Plucky is used in over 100 countries and is trusted by organizations like Pure Desire, Be Broken, Focus on the Family, and others.

Lockbox Local v2.0
A secure desktop application for storing sensitive information with access delay, inspired by the Plucky ecosystem.
Your Secrets, Secured Locally
Lockbox Local is inspired by Pluckeye Lockbox, a web application that lets you store information in "boxes" that can only be accessed after a delay period. This is useful if you need to hide a password from yourself, for help with self-control.
Unlike the online version, Lockbox Local keeps everything on your machine — no cloud dependency, no risk of service shutdown, and boxes never self-destruct.
